Very carefully packaged in 3 protective layers. It is very low chance to be dammaged.
What happening if it delivered dammged:
If it will be damegged during the delivery we will send you new after a proof photo of damaged canvas.
What happens if my package is lost?
We will send you new canvas.

How i can track my parcel?
We send you a track number after it will be shipped (usually it take 1-2 working days to print, carefully wreap and to send by mailing company)
My delivery adress is incorrect or has changed. What do i need to do?
Please Contact Us As Soon as Possible for the change of shipment address. We cannot change the address after your order has been shipped.
How long does it take to deliver?
We stated that we need 1-2 working days to produce it and carefully wrap it and 30 businness days to deliver. But usually it take 14-21 days for the post office to deliver, but sometimes it takes and more.
Can I customize / personalize my canvas print?
Yes, usually it possible to customize.
Does my canvas come framed?
Yes, it come on the wooden frame. Stretched on a 1,5" (3 cm) stretcher bars wooden frame. The image continues around the sides, mirror wrapped and Ready to Hang

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions:
1 Never hang your canvas prints outside, in areas of high humidity or near any heat source!
2 Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas prints!
3 To wipe the dust use a dry cloth without strong pressure on the surface.

VERY IMPORTANT!
The picture can not be hung in damp places, such as swimming pools, saunas. It is also desirable to have a picture in direct sunlight or under the air conditioner.
